• I look forward to the Sunday Sweat all week, not only because it’s a great class, but when I arrive home with a piece of complimentary chocolate in tow for my daughter, she greets me with a smile. “Hi Mommy! How was Yoga?” “It was great baby, thanks for asking.” “Do you have Chocolate?” I always do. Yoga Lab brightens both our Sundays every week. It is both my metaphorical chocolate, & my daughter’s literal chocolate.
