The ambiance is lovely and Angela is a wonderful teacher. It is as safe an environment as it is possible to create given the current situation.

As soon as you walk through the door you are welcomed with a lovely warm smile from members of staff at reception. The teachers take time to listen to your needs and tailor the sessions to your abilities . I was a little apprehensive going to Yoga Kula and didn’t know what to expect . I can honestly say it was the best thing I ever did walking through the door. I would highly recommend going to Yoga Kula, they get 5 stars from me !
