I really enjoyed my first visit to the studio! I felt really welcome and comfortable there, and I loved how informative the introduction was. The class itself was excellent of course - really easy to follow and understand, and I felt very peaceful at the end! I feel as if continuing to attend the class would be beneficial to both my mind and my body.
