From the welcome we received at the door to hot chocolate and cookies at the end there was an atmosphere of calm, care and nurture. I had no doubt I would have the best night’s sleep, and I did. This is my second Hygge workshop. Brought a friend along to that having had such a positive experience of a sound bath workshop, who came a second time to this one with another friend.

The quality of the teaching is really great and the atmosphere at the studio is welcoming and relaxing. There is also a wide range of classes to suit any work schedule or ability so there's loads to choose from even if your working week is changeable.
