The class was different , the teacher let us freestyle which I never do. I found it informative and really enjoyed it.

As a newbie, I found the website super informative in what to expect and when I arrived for my first session, Megan was so lovely in explaining everything before, during and after the session. Nice facilities as well. Overall, it felt like really welcoming and safe space to learn Yoga, especially important during pregnancy when I can sometimes feel a bit more vulnerable. Thank you!
