I chose the score of 10 because the moment I stepped into the studio, you were made feel welcomed, the session was conducted very well, it was a good insight to learning how to breathe and how you were breathing. The surroundings were relaxing, inviting, warm, visuals were good and the session helped me to relax and leave all my worries behind for an hour.
