I attended Dan’s warm vinyasa flow on Thursday evening. It was so gorgeous! I really loved the repetitive movement as it allowed me to get completely lost in the flow - my mind felt at such ease. His hands on adjustments were very helpful too, thanks Dan.

Such a wonderful bunch of people! Classes are led by super experienced teachers who are always so present and invested in giving their best. Tea and chocolate rounds off every session it doesn’t get much better than that!
