The teacher, the setting, the instruction and the atmosphere was calm, nurturing and supportive. A beautiful experience.
Staff friendly and knowledgeable
This was my first time at Yoga Flourish. I was made to feel welcome by Sharon. The environment was perfect for the Hatha yoga class. Lots of space and subdued lighting. Great guidance and adjustments for those less flexible/practiced. The venue is close to home which is rare for something for me since moving South of the river. I'll certainly be back.
