Because the last few times ive been its been fun and so i got a few giggles.
I also liked the teachers Sharron, Kat and Laura.
Kat is new and i liked how she did the moves slowly which is good for me.
I hope i get her again on Friday 12th at 930am

The venue, teachers and class was very welcoming.
Overall extremely welcoming!
The breakdown and explanations on every move is amazingly helpful on all levels.
The constant reminder of “every body is different” and even your very own on day to day, makes it very easy to not feel self conscious. The low lighting is also helpful for that matter.. and for total self zoning!
The one on one advise and corrections through the sessions are subtle, personalised and extremely helpful.
The fact that every class is different each time makes it fun filled and no room for boredom!

The studio and instructors invite a genuine, warm and welcoming space that makes you feel so much better after every class. Various options for the level you're feeling that day and never any judgement. Such a wonderful way to reset yourself.
Good service, good class.
I thoroughly enjoy all of the great classes at Yoga Flourish and would recommend the studio to friends and colleagues.
