Have attended classes at the center on and off since it first opened. Recent updates to administrative systems (e.g. on-line reservations, etc.) and availability of props are great enhancements.

Devons class was full of strong, slow movements guided with very intentional cues that brought me to awareness within my body throughout all of class. Will definitely be back to more of her classes and also back to YCD to try other teachers and styles.
Teachers are great. The front desk and technical support for virtual classes are very helpful.
Everyone was very welcoming and Chelsea was super helpful!
