I moved to Denver last year and I was so thrilled to find a studio that offers Iyengar specifically. Furthermore, Angie and Anara are two of my favorite Iyengar teachers I have ever worked with. They are highly knowledgeable; they are tough but kind. In particular I like how they both adjust each individual based on your skill level. I love the tough energy because I need that to push myself. Please don't stop what you are doing. I love it here and all of the teachers!
