Even though I am experiencing some health problems that limit my ability to do all of the asanas, I still love being able to do my yoga practice with Angie and Brad as much as I can.

Angie is terrific. So skilled and capable overall and so helpful to all of seniors as we manage our aches and pains. She keeps active and thriving.
The soundbath was absolutely amazing!!! I didnt know what to expect and came out of it feeling so good! The men creating the music built such a beautiful space for us all to feel our feelings safely... 10/10 recommend
