Love Laura! She is so welcoming and I really like the way her yoga class flowed ❤️
If I lived closer I would go all the time. I really enjoyed the educational segments on why and how the poses helps. Also the instructor had us talk with neighbors by give a prompt which I felt really brought the class together. That's what I'm here for is the community and I really wish I could come everyday it's just too far for me personally.❤️
