The class was very beginner friendly. I was also challenged in a way that helped me push my body,but never felt pressured to. I also appreciated the practice of mindfulness during the lesson.

If I lived closer I would go all the time. I really enjoyed the educational segments on why and how the poses helps. Also the instructor had us talk with neighbors by give a prompt which I felt really brought the class together. That's what I'm here for is the community and I really wish I could come everyday it's just too far for me personally.❤️
