I've been coming to this studio for a few years now, and it feels like home. Laura and Shawnte are my favorite instructors. Always a strengthening, yet grounding class!
Shawnte is a wonderful teacher - supportive, calm, yet rigorous. Yoga Amansala offers the perfect vibe from beginning to end.
