Excellent teacher/atmosphere. Nonjudgmental made for a very relaxing and stress free environment
I felt so great after class with Shawnte, she had great energy and prepared such a beautiful, challenging, and nourishing practice. Definitely my favorite class since moving to the Bay Area and can't wait to come back!
I enjoyed my session I appreciated the smaller intimate setting, a cold lavender infused towel was a nice touch and my instructor was calm and nice. Parking was good but not guaranteed so could be a con and you can hear some street noise. For example a dog barked really loud during my session which can be a distraction but otherwise all in all nice studio!
