Had a really great first session yesterday and will likely recommend the studio to all my friend
The instructor was a rare mix of yoga expertise and body knowledge. The way she cues transitions allows the practitioner to relax wholly into the session. One of the best sessions I've participated in in years! What a find
Great studio - blankets could use a wash and maybe another class or two that's only lightly heated.
Very convenient location for me. I'm a regular of Laura Moir & Shawnte. Their classes always leave me feeling energized. Mentally and physically 💖
Celeste is the best!!
Perfect pacing of a restorative yoga class - the instructor was fab
I like how personable the class was. Instructor was great, nice grounding flow!
