I enjoyed my session I appreciated the smaller intimate setting, a cold lavender infused towel was a nice touch and my instructor was calm and nice. Parking was good but not guaranteed so could be a con and you can hear some street noise. For example a dog barked really loud during my session which can be a distraction but otherwise all in all nice studio!

I felt challenged but not overwhelmed. I was encouraged to listen to my body and do what was I my body needed, which sometimes meant I just needed some water
Because I LOVE the Friday 5pm class and instructor 🤗🥰 It pushes my body and is great way to close out the week.
