Great studio - blankets could use a wash and maybe another class or two that's only lightly heated.

Shante has the coolest vibe. She gives direction without being overbearing, affirmation when you made a position adjustment. Worth her weight in gold. She leads with love and light and zero ego. Super rare these days
The teacher whose name I forgot was clear and very good with directions. It was a strong but not impossible workout. I am a good yoga student tho. Seemed everyone was well versed in doing yoga
Instructors and ambiance are great, I always feel relaxed and centered leaving after a class.
