This is such a friendly, warm yoga studio with classes that provide a solid challenge.
Amazing instructor- very vibey, whatever you're paying them is not enough- they are a treasure !

It's one of my favorite studios! The teachers are friendly and welcoming, the infrared heat is so nice, the space is beautiful, and the cold lavender towel at the end is such a treat!

Yoga Amansala is a beautiful studio. It's clean, elegant, and in a great location. The teachers are exceptional. It's the best yoga studio in the Bay Area hands-down.
