Available of classes 6am -7pm I can normally get a workout in, pilates classes, teachers, location, lavender towels.
The commnn in itt on the room was so kind and inviting, the ambiance was lovely, the instructor was amazing. My only complaint is that the room is too hot. It wasn't even labeled as a warm or hot class. I wish this studio offered more classes at 70-75 degrees in the evening.
Instructor was awesome. Personality wise and knowledge wise. Will be back.
