I love the atmosphere, the teachers , the community.
Shawnte offers a very calm and welcoming class. I really enjoyed the sequence of poses, and her soothing voice made it easy to relax and stay present. What made the class especially special was the sense of community she created by encouraging everyone to say hello to their neighbors after class.
I will be attending again!
