She was a great teacher! The workout was solid.
In particular, her instructions (and the timing to prepare for the next exercise) were more understandable without being distracting than I've experienced in a lot of classes.
Shawnte is so wonderful AND I loved the space- warm, welcoming, smells amazing. The whole experience was a great workout and incredibly rejuvenating. I will be back!
It was such a relaxing class, clean space, and uplifting atmosphere. It was my first time to the studio and my boyfriends first time going to a yoga class and we both loved it!
