Teacher was so lovely and the class was challenging and fun. I also really liked the cool towels at the end!
Great instruction. Nice environment. Wish there were classes between 6am-9:30am. 6 too early. 7 or 8am would be great

Allie was the best teacher! Loved her energy and philosophy of how to do yoga. Left it feeling so pumped and ready for life.
Hi! The teacher and the class was great!. Music and the lavender towel was a very nice detail. I can give a 10 probably more like a 8 because the class was full and it was not enough space for all that people. It felt very crowded and I didn't like that I had to put my leg/foot on other people mat and also they put their leg/foot on my mat. For me one of the main things of going to a class instead of doing a class online is that someone can correct my posture and that I can see my positions on a mirror but with so many people that is not possible. Also as a suggestion I think it should be more mirrors. And last thing, the sun on the window for whoever is sitting there is a lot, the sun gets in your face the whole class. Hope this helps!
