I thought that Chante was very great with her audio descriptions. Super wonderful instructor, and nice. She was accepting and welcoming to me and looked at me as a whole person despite my disability. She encourage everybody to do what feels right in their body and not to do anything that would cause pain or discomfort, which is a wonderful reminder. Overall a very kind human being.

Shawnte is a great teacher. Nice paced class, attractive studio, love the cool lavender towel at the end. The bit of heat lets me sweat, which is great.
