The space is a little small but everything else was great
Love the classes, vibe, location. I just wish Laura's ashtanga class was back in the evening. I downgraded my membership after her schedule changed to the mornings. 6am is too early for me but the reason I upped my membership initially to the Flexy was because of her classes.
The studio was clean, has extra mats and all the things you need if you forget your own. This class was great - easy to follow, good music and kind instructor.
Only thing preventing a 10 is parking
Allie inspires and encourages like no other! I was amazed at what I learned and what I could do. The studio is beautiful, smells and look great. Grateful 💖
