It was awesome session.
Facility was clean. Our instructor was very calming and understanding of my inability as a novice to fully engage. Regardless, I felt the environment was welcoming for us all and I did my best.
The next day I felt rejuvenated!

I love alllllllll of your instructors except Gabrielle. Narcissists unfortunately need some training in order to understand yoga. It should never involve making fun of students.

Yes Yoga is a first class operation. The teachers/class leaders are at the top of their game. Everything is clean and the rooms are pleasant, well adorned with wall art, and the music selections are very appropriate and matched to the activity. Congratulations on creating a first class studio!
