Mostly because not all my friends are interested in core Yoga. But Gabriella is great if that is what you are looking for!
I am visiting from NC and was so excited to find a studio that offered classic Bikram yoga. Melissa R. taught the class I took and it was great! The yoga students of NOLA are fortunate to have such an awesome studio for their practice! I highly recommend Yes Yoga!!
