The teacher is great, class is more affordable than other pilates classes, and it’s helping me reduce lower back pain.
The studio is fabulous. One of the best I’ve ever seen. Rachel are structure was magnificent. Please bring yes Yoga to Alexandria Louisiana. We have a studio that is vacant ready for hot yoga. I’m all in.
