This was a great class that allowed me to not only connect to the practice but to the people around me. Having a community through pregnancy is very important to me and this class helped me feel very supported. TJ is the best!
The class was challenging, but I felt I was able to go at my own pace. The instructor gave modifications along the way. I was entry-level and did not feel out of my league.
Excellent instructor. Studio is so pleasant. Showers clean and staff are friendly!
