Because it's a fantastic studio with amazingly well-trained teachers, a great variety of classes, clean and very user-friendly bathrooms with showers, and the TEAM IS JUST WONDERFUL. I love Yes Yoga.
Gabriella brings into her classes immense knowledge of breathing, anatomy and strength building as she calls us to overcome our limitations ( mostly mental). She makes me want to sharpen my focus and to go deeper because on the other side of the heat and frustration even, there is something really learned on so many levels. Does that make sense? In a word she is the real deal and I feel lucky to have her as a teacher. I can’t do the poses like some but I never feel less than or leave unaccomplished
