Marchella (?) KILLED THE DIALOGUE and kept us in the postures sufficiently long. Also started very close to 9:00 am. Excellent Bikram class. Appreciate the discipline. Thanks.

Great classes! And one of the few places that offer Bikram style yoga. I cannot do regular yoga, only Bikram due to shoulder issues.
Great energy in this community class! And the teacher, Marquela, made sure I had water when I’d forgotten to bring some.

Kaitlyn's Vinyasa class is absolutely incredible. It is always challenging, centering, and transformative. She is such a gifted instructor.
