Yes Yoga is the perfect yoga studio. They have a great selection of different classes for those who are beginning and those who have been practicing for years. I love the dark space with huge mirrors and the lighting is amazing. The instructors all vary in amazing ways- some more spiritual, some more exercise focused but all very caring and explanatory. Thank you for all that y’all do!

The staff, the classes, the studio itself, physical surroundings. I am very happy with that Studio and I always recommend it to others.
Best studio ever. My only comment would be that many instructors go 10-15 min over and they should respect our time and finish when it’s supposed to end.
