I LOVE yes yoga! All the instructors are fantastic. If I had one suggestion, it would be to try encourage instructors to end ON TIME (even if they don't start on time)- often I feel like they can run 10-15 minutes over due to a late start time.
I've been to a lot of yoga studios, but Yes, Yoga always meets my needs and makes me feel comfortable as a student.
This was my first time experiencing hot yoga and it was awesome my instructor was amazing I can’t wait to come back.
