I enjoyed my first spin class in many years. I have two recommendations for Yen instructors during the Covid-19 pandemic. Ask spin class participants to spread out on the bikes and in addition to wiping down the bikes before and after class. Please ask students to stay home if they are not feeling well. Thanks!
