My first visit to Yen Yoga was a great experience. The person who greeted me was inviting, warm, and incredibly helpful—she had a great smile and made me feel welcome right away, like I was already a regular. Mike Marsh did an equally excellent job leading the mobility class. Clear instruction, thoughtful pacing, and a focus on movement that felt purposeful and accessible. I left feeling better than when I walked in. Highly recommend, especially if you’re new and looking for a welcoming, professional environment.
