Yen Yoga has been part of my life since it opened 15 years ago, even during the pandemic. I wouldn't have moved to Traverse City without it, and have consistently taken several classes a week at Yen ever since I found this superb and welcoming studio and community. The exceptional teachers, breadth and depth of classes, amenities and ever present positive atmosphere set this studio apart from any other yoga studio that I have patronized. Every day that starts with a Yen Yoga class becomes a sensational day!
