It was beautifully done and exactly the kind of experience my husband and I were looking for. There was a little apprehension on our part for the first class, so I would have to carefully select who I would recommend to do it. And not everyone has an appreciation of unfamiliar forms of meditation, and might be reluctant to try something outside their usual faith life. The references to specific writers was helpful. The relaxation techniques and meditation were perfect for our current physical condition/needs.
