I had a wonderful experience but I don't know if everyone wants Christian readings as a part of their yoga practice.

I do recommend to my work associates bc you are so close to 8044 Montgomery Road where we work. I really enjoyed last nights restorative. I met Jesus in a new way. Blessings!
I like the messages of the scripture mixed in with the body movements of yoga. I felt the instructor gave ample time for different movements and I was challenged. Also the price was very nice for a new yogi.
The studio was comfortable, clean, inviting and the perfect temperature, and all of the attendees were warm, welcoming and sweet. The instructor was knowledgeable, funny and made good adaptations for skill level.
My one question/critique- it looks like most of the classes offered are low to mid level range. Not that I'm a talented yogi, but are there any classes to challenge skills and practice more difficult poses?
My body was able to rest without sleeping. My spirit was able to soar. I felt safe and Jesus was there.
