The instructor was good at spotting and smoothly correcting posture, the scriptures and prayers/intentions were well chosen/spoken, and the music worked really well for the flow. I felt comfortable yet challenged. Feeling stronger and calmer.
Atmosphere, worthy yoga class, friendiness, location it all was awesome
It was perfect relaxation. Obviously for a Christian person.
