• I look forward to my time at Vitality Float Spa!! Kenzie has a GIFT in the way she gives massages. Kenzie’s knowledge and ability to make my body function better is MIRACULOUS!! The staff at Vitality is friendly and extremely helpful & knowledgeable in Float therapy & everytging Vitality offers its clients!! I leave Vitality after each appt feeling physically better, emotionally & spiritually restored!!

• As someone doing both massage and float for the first time I was a bit skeptical, but the staff made me feel incredibly comfortable. Summer was an amazing massage therapist. She listened when I was describing where there was pain and really took the time to focus on those areas. I highly recommend Vitality for their relaxing environment and welcoming staff.

• After cultivating a meditation and mindfulness practice for myself over the last year (I’d been toying with the idea of a deprivation float for months) and finally watching Stranger Things on Netflix (I know I’m way behind the times there), I was reminded of the atmosphere of full awakening it promotes and so I decided to take the plunge. I went online and was pleasantly surprised to find such an established facility located in the heart of RVA to shepherd me through my first time. The staff was friendly and informative; the facility was clean, well designed, and maintained; the location is fantastic for my needs; and the experience was even more enlightening about my overall state of wellness than I had imagined. I will certainly be visiting Vitality again.
