• I never heard of a float spa until I ran past this place. I got a gift certificate and was a little skeptical at first but absolutely loved it. I ended up buying a membership. I leave feeling relaxed and energized at the same time and the staff is wonderful.

• My wife and I went got 60 and 90 minute massages from Kenzie last night. WOW! She was super personable and did a great job. It was my first time having cupping done -she did a great job explaining it and I feel great the day after. The place is very peaceful and quiet. Going back next week I was so impressed. I have gotten quiet a few massages in my day and this place does not disappoint - top 3 for me all time!

• Vitality is a tranquil little spa with a fresh and soothing decor, great customer service, and a fantastic float room. It features what is basically a large,high-ceilinged, walled bathtub as their float tank, rather than the typical claustrophobia-inducing pods. I was really pleased to be offered use of the infraredsauna as well (which has an herbal tea station, mind you). Will definitely be returning.

• I have always LOVED floating in the ocean, but could not fully relax because you must stay buoyant and worried about getting too far from shore. This is exactly what I wished for without all the concerns. My body has never been so relaxed before and I cannot wait to do it again!!

• Saturday, March 31st was my 2nd time doing the floating therapy. It is one of my new favorite things to do! The spa has been very clean and the girls that work there have made me feel very welcomed and comfortable each time. I have recommended this spa to many people! Chelsea L.
