• I had an incredible experience with Natalie. She was so informative every step of the way but also helped me to deeply relax. She helped me pin point issues I've been having in my neck and provided me with a plan to reduce my daily impact. She also recommended a monthly session to continue to break up some of my stress spots in my neck and shoulders. She was so kind and disarming. I felt instantly comfortable. Having now seen Kenzie, Summer and Natalie I would easily recommend anyone to Vitality! What an amazing staff of knowledgeable therapists. Thanks for a great experience!!
