• My friend and I came for massages and loved this place from the moment we walked in. The staff was friendly and warm from their first greeting. We both had massages that were amazing, My therapist, Katie, was knowledgeable and gave an excellent massage beyond just one meant for relaxation. We would recommend Vitality and would definitely return.

• I receive Massages at top spas all over the world, as I travel often and love to self-care. A last minute massage booked with Kate, where she introduced me tocupping, last week was truly one of the best I've ever had. She made me so comfortable, I was asleep in minutes, her energy was wonderful and I left with a backthat's felt entirely weightless for days now. I could cry tears of joy, I don't think I've had such a feeling since before having my son, who's almost 2. Sohappy this place is close by, as I'll be going back regularly! :)
