• The women that work here are the sweetest. I was going out of town and really needed some maintenance before I left. These guys were so excited to hear I was pregnant and made me feel like they really valued my business. They got me in last minute and made me feel so comfortable. Cleanest salon I've ever been in and the staff is so sweet. Everyone should go. Plus prices are the best in town. Great work too!!!

• I absolutely love Urban Waxx! I received first class service and first class waxing from the moment I walked in the door. I have been waxing for 8 years across 5 different states and this is by far the best place I have been to. My skin had no reaction(which it always does) and I have troublesome brows that are hard to shape but Kristin had mine done perfectly by the time I left. I even set my next return appt before I left I was that impressed with the service. 10/10 hands down!

• The best Brazilian wax session I've experienced to date. Initially I was a little bit nervous... Undressing in front of strangers as well as the unbearable pain is never something I can get used to. However, Kristin made this a wonderful experience for me. She kept me calm through distracting conversations and reassured me that I was handling it better than she expected. She was gentle in her technique but made sure she removed all of the hair. I cant believe I'm saying this but I can't wait for my next session!
