Urban Waxx on division is amazing. It was my first time ever getting a wax and immediately when I walked in the staff was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. While in the room Mallory let me know every single step she was doing so I was at ease. Any question I had was answered and I appreciated her patience with me as I had a lot of questions. Thank you so much Mallory and the staff! Made my experience amazing and I will be coming back!
