The whole experience was lovely. The staff were attentive and kind. Mallory went the extra mile to make sure my wax was just right and was able to suggest another service that I didn't even know I wanted.....but the results are perfect! I went in for a male Brazilian wax and let me tell you.. I was absolutely terrified. It was my first time and I didn't know what to expect. But as soon as we got started, Susan immediately put my nervousness and worries to rest! She took my mind off of the fact I was getting waxed! It was like having a conversation with an old friend, and before I knew it, I was done, and barely felt a thing! Definitely going to be my go-to place!
