I though I booked an appointment online but it somehow didn't get confirmed. When I called to check they were super helpful and found me a last minute booking and even honored the email promotion. Jade did my wax and she was fantastic. Super friendly, fast, and thorough. Total pro. I will definitely be coming back to her again.

Very friendly staff! Lots of free goodies, like candy and mimosas to make you feel better about getting a wax! Very clean, comfortable space with individual rooms instead of just curtains for extra privacy. They were able to accommodate me last minute as well. They even provide these all natural, yummy smelling, refreshing wipes in the bathrooms. The aesthetician was very nice and did an amazing job. I received a Brazilian and wasn't red or sore afterward and no hair left behind! She even used a fancy electric wand (UV light maybe?) to remove bacteria and help soothe the skin afterward. Great value, service, experience. I will definitely be returning and recommending Urban Waxx to anyone wanting the best wax in PDX!
