The front counter staff are always professional and personable. Alix is fantastic. Skilled and professional. Friendly and chatty which is distracting (in a good way!) The shop isn't close to my work or home but it's totally worth the drive!

I love Urban Waxx!! My profession is health care, and I have to say the first time I walked into their facility I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness and professionalism of the front office. The secretary greated me warmly, welcoming me to their establishment and making me feel comfortably at home. Jennie is my girl. She is absolutely amazing and I wouldn't see anyone else for my services! I'm so glad I was referred to Urban Waxx. I tell all my friends about this amazing find!!

My daughter and I stopped by the Dision location after lunch just to see if there were any openings for a drop-in. We were welcomed and both got in for a brow wax with Jade. She is the best!! Very professional, personable and a perfectionist on the brows. Great experience. We will definitely go back and I would highly recommend it.
