This was my first experience at Urban Waxx, usually in the past it's hurt intensely getting a Brazilian...and then I met Jade. She was so friendly, easy to chat with and she was so good that it barely hurt at all--and it looks amazing! I can't believe I was torturing myself at the other place for so long. I love Urban Waxx and I LOVE Alix! She's an exceptional technician. She's friendly, warm, positive, and professional. I've been to both the Division and NW locations.
