Alex and Erin are both great! One might think waxing is a painful experience but I actually look forward to my appointments. I've been going to Urban Waxx for years. The service is amazing, they serve you wine at 9:00 AM with no judgement 😁, and I literally never have a bad skin reaction after my service.

Very professional and personable waxer, and I have been to a lot of different waxing places. I have had a few different staff here and they have all been good. The most recent one, Ann, I think, was stand out. Comfortable place they even offer you a beverage . And a variety of unique beauty products for sale in the lobby.
