Clean, inviting atmosphere. Was greeted immediately. Waxer was good and efficient. I have noticed something with all waxers though: no one trims leftover hair. Is that something I am suppose to request? Other than that, great job and will definitely come back

Was a customer of your euro competitor, came to Urban Waxx and now I’ll never go anywhere else. Offered a mimosa when I walked in, it looks so inviting like a friend’s home and less like a clinic. Great service all around!!

Susan makes me feel so comfortable everytime I come in. It's like spending 30 minutes with a friend at coffee, instead of a wax. I enjoy going, which isn't always the case when your getting a wax!
