It may sound unlikely, but I genuinely look forward to my wax appointments! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and quick to offer libations upon arrival. Services have always been completed professionally successfully with tips on aftercare and flexibility with scheduling follow ups. Can't say enough great things about Urban Waxx!

Being 31 weeks pregnant and not having had waxing if any sort done for years I was more than a little nervous getting a Brazilian. Mallory made it a great experience and I plan to keep coming. She made sure I was as physically comfortable as possible and I was pleasantly surprised to be completely finished in about 20 minutes. It was so clean and professional and I'm planning on going regularly! (To be honest I'm also pretty excited to come back after I have my baby and have a complimentary mimosa beforehand!)
