I loooove Urban Wax but Lanie is amazing, she's the reason I've been coming back since October 23rd, 2016 which was my first visit. Urban Waxx on division has a great atmosphere and is very welcoming. They have a huge collection of products. I actually just bought baby foot yesterday that I was there. 4/23/2017. Can't wait to try it.

She took the time to hear what I wanted, shared her professional opinion, and executed perfectly! I am so happy with her work, and she was kind, engaging and professional the entire time. I'm ready to walk down the aisle now! Thanks, Diane! The woman who greeted me and checked me in and out was quite kind, as well, and I found the space to be very calming and clean. I'll be back!
