This was my first experience at Urban Waxx, usually in the past it's hurt intensely getting a Brazilian...and then I met Jade. She was so friendly, easy to chat with and she was so good that it barely hurt at all--and it looks amazing! I can't believe I was torturing myself at the other place for so long. I love Urban Waxx and I LOVE Alix! She's an exceptional technician. She's friendly, warm, positive, and professional. I've been to both the Division and NW locations. The staff is always welcoming and the atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing. I've referred quite a few people and they all love Urban Waxx too.
