My regular esthetician relocated back to Vietnam seemingly overnight. I found Urban Waxx through Google, and decided to trust the spa team there with my beloved eyebrows. Within fifteen minutes, I was able to drive down, and see Erin. She did such an amazing job, that I rebooked her for a Brazilian. The facilities are extremely clean, chic, and inviting. I can't wait to go back.

It may sound unlikely, but I genuinely look forward to my wax appointments! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and quick to offer libations upon arrival. Services have always been completed professionally successfully with tips on aftercare and flexibility with scheduling follow ups. Can't say enough great things about Urban Waxx!
