As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly face and a beautiful, open, light waiting room. The receptionist gave me some quick paperwork to do and offered me a mimosa to drink while I relaxed! What amazing customer service! My waxer Mallory came out and introduced herself with a handshake and a smile and brought me back to a lovely room to do my waxing. She chatted with me kindly and like she was really interested in what I had to say. She met me out front afterward where I paid and said how nice it was to meet me and to come back anytime. I wanted to finish my mimosa so I sat down on the lovely white couches and I noticed some beautiful jars of jelly bellies, M n' Ms and trail mix to which you could help yourself. So I did! I snacked on some jelly bellies, finished my mimosa, looked around at the lovely, white, modern, hip waiting area and just relaxed. I am a huge fan of excellent customer service and this place had it nailed to the T. My favorite part was that they were not at all snooty. They were super nice, approachable, helpful, and down-to-earth. I would not hesitate to go again or recommend this place to my friends. Fantastic experience!!

first time getting a brazilian and i would definitely go back. per a friend's recommendation, i popped a couple advil beforehand to take the edge off. the waxxer was friendly—kept me engaged in conversation and 15 minutes later, was done. there were definitely a few pulls that caused some flinching, but it was quick, so that was the saving grace. 😉
