The staff at the Division Urban Waxx are amazing! The front desk team is always so welcoming and warm. I've only ever seen one aesthetician for waxing, and I can't imagine seeing anyone else. Wren is incredible! I've recommended her to a few friends and everyone agrees that she has a natural ability to calm any tension and make you forget what's happening with her easy conversation! I LOVE Urban Waxx on Division!

I am new to the Portland area so I needed a new place to go for my waxes. Jade was very sweet and made me feel comfortable during my Brazilian wax (which is uncomfortable enough as is)! Very clean and cute shop! Will be returning.

Was very pleased with my brow wax by Wren. Short, sweet, comfortable and effective. Plus, I dug the chance to relax over a glass of wine for 20 minutes while I waited for my sensitive skin to cool down. ;) Recommend!

Kelsye is the best! I feel so comfortable with her and we can chat about everything going on in our lives (almost like a therapy session while she waxes m e, haha), but she also maintains extreme professionalism at the same time. Every person I've come in contact with at the front desk is also very professio nal and so kind. I would definitely recommend Urban Waxx to anyone!
