Super easy to book online. The front desk gal was very nice to work with. My gal was named Mallory. She explained everything to me before we started. She made sure I was happy with the waxing before I left!!! Great customer service all around

Urbanwaxx provided a comfortable environment fory first Brazilian wax. From the time that you enter the building till when you leave, everyone was very professional. Susan made me very comfortable during our appointment, always talking and providing levity during my waxxing. For any males that are hesitant about getting a Brazilian, I would say do it, but only at Urbanwaxx!

Alex and Erin are both great! One might think waxing is a painful experience but I actually look forward to my appointments. I've been going to Urban Waxx for years. The service is amazing, they serve you wine at 9:00 AM with no judgement 😁, and I literally never have a bad skin reaction after my service.
